Terms of Service

The ground rules for creating, connecting, and publishing with ReelCast.

Effective November 3, 2026 · Last updated November 3, 2026

1. Using ReelCast

These terms govern your use of ReelCast at reelcast.io and its connected services. By using ReelCast, you agree to these terms. If you use ReelCast for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Questions about these terms? Contact justin@reelcast.io.

2. Your account and content

Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for the people you allow to use it.

You keep ownership of the recordings, images, text, and other content you provide. You give ReelCast permission to store, copy, process, transcribe, edit, format, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, including creating clips and publishing content to connected destinations.

Only upload or connect content and accounts you have permission to use. Obtain any necessary permissions from speakers, participants, copyright owners, and other rights holders. Do not use ReelCast for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, unauthorized impersonation, infringement, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems.

3. AI output and publishing

Automated transcripts, captions, clips, and suggested copy can contain errors. Review your outputs for accuracy, rights, context, and platform requirements before downloading, approving, scheduling, or publishing them.

Connecting a social account lets ReelCast and its publishing provider, Zernio, perform the actions permitted by that platform and your authorization. You control which accounts you connect and the publishing actions you request. You can disconnect an account in ReelCast or revoke access through the platform. Disconnecting does not remove content already published there.

Third-party services have their own terms and policies. ReelCast uses YouTube API Services for supported YouTube features. When using those features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plan prices, included usage, billing intervals, and applicable limits are shown when you subscribe or change plans. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. You authorize the charges disclosed when you purchase a plan, including applicable taxes.

You can manage your subscription through ReelCast’s billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and unused allowances follow the plan terms shown at purchase. For billing questions or refund requests, contact justin@reelcast.io. These terms do not limit any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

5. Availability and account closure

Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change. Third-party outages, expired account permissions, and platform rules can prevent or delay processing or publishing. ReelCast does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, audience growth, or publishing results.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or violations of these terms. You may stop using ReelCast at any time and contact us to request account closure. Keep your own copies of important content; ReelCast is not a permanent backup service.

6. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReelCast is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, ReelCast is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, including lost profits or third-party platform actions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it.

7. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
